What we collect
The beta form asks for your name, work email, role and the workflow you would like to test. It also records when you consented to being contacted.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to assess beta fit, respond to your request and discuss possible participation. It is not used for unrelated advertising or sold to third parties.
How long we keep it
We retain beta requests while the programme is active and delete information that is no longer needed. You may ask us to remove your request at any time.
Infrastructure
Form submissions are stored in private site infrastructure and are not exposed through a public directory or applicant interface.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete the details you submitted by replying to any communication you receive from Gothos. A dedicated privacy contact will be added before broader public launch.
